 My very talented Andre
Looks like the Amazon section needs some action. This vid is of my LAST rehome,Andre. Andre came to me by a good friend who needed to help a young girl. Andre was a extremely well cared for bird before the girl got married and had a child who Andre would have no part in sharing the girl with the baby. One week after she got Andre from a large pet chain store he started mutilating his vent area and was seen by many Avian vets and bills totaling 3600.00 dollars. She finally took him to the Angel Memorial in Boston where they found that his problem was due to a broken tail bone. They operated and he never chewed that area again, but no tail feathers grew back due to follicle damage. After meeting Andre and the girl begging me to help her out he is now a treasured addition to my flock. http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v248/ ... 171787.flv" target="_blank

Thanks! He does do the SNL thing with some enthusiasm. He starts singing at sunrise and doesn't stop until sunset. ](./images/smilies/eusa_wall.gif)

 Re: My very talented Andre
Oh my gosh I love your video. Of course I am a little biased as I LOVE amazons. I have to laugh when you put that this is your LAST rescue. I always say that too, but for some reason my door is revolving All of my Amazons sing and I could listen to them all day long. They are such characters. I have one that plays Marco Polo. He says Marco, I say Polo. And he does it ALL DAY LONG
